Privacy policy

This policy explains how Benjamin Poon's personal website handles personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What is collected: the site has no forms. Benjamin only receives what you choose to send when you WhatsApp, call or email him (for example your name, number and question).

How it is used: only to answer your enquiry, send the information you asked for and arrange a viewing or consultation. Your details are never sold or rented.

Click counts: the site may count page views and taps on WhatsApp buttons (no names or message content) to learn which pages help. A tap does not mean a message was sent.

Third parties: WhatsApp, Google Maps and font services are run by third parties under their own privacy policies.

Access and correction: to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, email benpoon.nirvana@gmail.com.
